- one cup whole almonds
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In the highest half a double boiler melt the dark chocolate and condensed milk, stirring frequently.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the coconut.
Mix very well until finally the coconut is entirely coated.
- Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto the ready baking sheet.
- Press one whole almond into the top of every cookie.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 levels C) for ten to 12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool.
